Philanthropy

We are incredibly grateful for the generosity of all our supporters who continue to assist us addressing the acute medical needs of millions of people worldwide.

Our major gifts team works closely with individuals, trusts, foundations and companies who are able to donate gifts of £5,000 or more.

What your support can do

Your gift can go a long way making a significant difference to the lives of people in crisis.

£4,750 would pay for a measles vaccination for 25,000 children, protecting them from a disease that kills over 190,000 children each year.

£8,750 could provide all the medical equipment needed to run ten mobile clinics, providing medical care for people living in remote areas

£16,068 could cover the cost of three day's cholera treatment for 200 patients.

£31,816 provides 2 Emergency Health Kits that can provide basic health care to 20,000 people for up to 3 months.

Where the money goes

We work hard to spend the maximum amount on our medical projects. In 2010 87.5% of our income was spent on operations.
